Ecommerce Email Templates

In the "Email Settings" section of the Ecommerce module, you can specify various default settings and customized templates to be used in email correspondences with your customers.

Email Settings:

First, in the table labeled "Email Settings," you can enter a name and email address that will, by default, appear as the sender of all sales-related emails, unless otherwise specified in a particular email.

You will also have the option of including an email address in the "BCC" field that will, by default, be sent blind carbon copies of all emails.

Email Templates:

In the sections following the "Email Settings" table, you will be able to assign custom-designed templates to be used for the various types of emails that customers will receive.

Simply enter the content for the templates for the "Order Confirmation" email, the "Delivery Confirmation" email, the "Invoice" email, and the "Packaging Slip," and click "Save."

In creating the email templates, you will have the ability to work in either HTML or plain text format, and will have access to all of the "Source" editor's various tools and features, including the useful "Clean Code" option.
