Expanding Document Tree

Expanding and collapsing the Document Tree can be very useful in working with the CMS, and, fortunately, both processes are as simple as a click of your mouse.

Expand the Tree:

In order to expand the Document Tree so that it can be viewed in its entirety, simply click on the following "Expand the Tree" icon located within the "Actions" drop-down menu found at the top of the "Page Structure" table: .

Collapse the Tree:

To collapse the Document Tree, so that it will revert back to its initial pre-expansion state, in which only the main menu items are displayed (and not the child pages housed underneath them), simply click on the following icon, labeled "Collapse the Tree," which will have taken the place of the "Expand the Tree" icon in the "Actions" drop-down menu: .

Expand Item:

In order to expand just a single item, allowing you to view all of the subpages located underneath it, click on the icon located to the left of page's name in the Document Tree: . Once expanded, the plus sign within the icon will become a minus sign that, when clicked on, will collapse the item once again, so that only the parent page appears in the Document Tree.
