Creating Menus

In the following section, we will deal with the various opportunities available to you in the realm of creating menus within the Document Tree.

After adding a Menu Name for a page and setting its visibility rights, a main menu item for the page will appear by default in the Document Tree. For more information on this, please refer to the "Support" sections on Creating New Pages and the Menu Tab.

In addition to the default main menu items, however, there is the possibility of creating other sets of menus within the Document Tree.

For example, you could create a "Top Navigation Menu" or "Bottom Navigation Menu" in order to have menus located at the top or bottom of your website's screen that contain links to different pages within the site. To do so, you could create "containers" for menu items that would act as redirectors to other pages rather than containing their own pages of content. In such cases, visibility rights for the containers would not be set up.
