SMTP Outoing Mail Server Settings

The Setup's "Mail Server" tab is where you can go to view the server's log as well as control the server's overall functioning.

In the "Mail Server Settings" table at the top of the screen, you can determine how often the server will check for new jobs as well as how much information will be included in the server's log.

In order to determine how often the server will refresh and check for new mailings to send, simply enter the desired time (expressed in seconds) into the "Refresh Cycling" field.

In order to determine how much detailed information will be published in the server's log, simply enter the desired level (any number from 1 to 4, with 1 being the least detailed information and 4 being the most) into the "Log Level" field.

Once you are done specifying the desired settings, simply click "Save" and they will be applied to the server.

Below the "Mail Server Settings" table, you will see another table labeled "Mail Server Control."

Here you can view the current status of the server, as well as start and stop it as you wish by clicking on the appropriate icon in the table's upper right-hand corner.

Finally, at the very bottom of the window is the "Mail Server Log," where you can view information about the server's progress in completing your mailing jobs.
