RMS User Name Data Type

The "RMS User Name" data type allows you to create fields, invisible to the user, that automatically detect and record his/her username, so that you will know who has filled out any given item creation form.

In order to create such a data type, simply enter an appropriate name into the "Add New Data Type" window and select "rms user name" from the "Type" drop-down menu.

Once you are finished, click "Save," and the "RMS User Name" data type will be added to the "Available Datatypes" list.
