This module allows you to add records to each mailing using a variety of methods

Custom Import
For each mailing you can import your own CSV file of which can contain not only the email address, but their name, and up to 10 custom fields for email personalization.

CRM

The built in CRM module houses all of your contacts. Each time you send a mailing you can strategically select users by conducing advanced searches. These searches can be as simple as send to all users who have subscribed to the newsletter, or as complex as send to all users in California, but exclude users in Los Angeles.

Manual Entry
If you need to add in a few addresses manually, you can quickly do this in the administration

Can specify usual details, such as sender's name, email address, reply address, and subject

Can select desired priority from list to control in what order messages are sent

Can select a particular encoding option from the provided list

Can view preview of source code for email messages

Recipient Determination
Can add new recipients to list of email's recipients by specifying their name and status (whether it has been sent to them yet or not)

Modifiable Recipient Details
Can edit information on any existing recipients of a particular email

Alterable Recipient List
Can remove any existing recipients from list

Recipient Group Addition
Can upload an entire batch of recipients by importing a CSV file

Selective Resend Capacity
Option of resending the email to selected recipients

Selective Removal
Option of removing a number of selected recipients at one time

Universal Removal
Option of applying global remove list to delete all recipients from an email

Practice Email Option
Can use a test email recipient in order to see if the email works as desired by simply specifying a name and email

Regulated Sending Schedule
Can set desired schedule for sending the email by choosing to send immediately (or specifying a particular date and time) and choosing to continue sending the email until finished (or else specifying a particular date and time to stop sending the email)

Default Sender Details
Can specify default settings for emails' general details such as the sender's name, email address, and organization

Default Return Addresses
Can specify default settings for the reply address, the address the errors are sent to, and the return path for emails

Default Sending Options
Can specify a default priority and encoding option to be used in mailings unless otherwise specified

Templates:

Available Template Determination
Can create individual html and plain text templates that will be available to choose from when sending emails

Flexible Template Control
Can edit and delete any existing template with a click of your mouse

Content Freedom
Can create original content with tags available to serve as placeholders for specific content for header, footer, and body

Headers & Footers:

Format Customization
Can make individual headers and footers for both html and plain text formats, which can be used in composing templates and emails

Individualized Classification
Can come up with original name for each header and footer

Creative License
Complete freedom in composing content for headers and footers

Refresh Regulation
Can set desired refresh cycling time of mail server in seconds

Custom Log Settings
Can set log level from 1 to 4

Fully Accessible Information
Can view details of mail server in table (name, last time it was seen, current status, and the time at which the status was last changed)

Detailed Records
Can view a log of the mail server's actions, effectively organized by date and time
